With over 15 years of experience, Mila specialises in biodynamic massage, an approach that tunes into the body’s subtle signals to support nervous system regulation and recovery. She blends classical holistic and pregnancy massage techniques with unique elements like warm bamboo and Himalayan salt stones, creating deeply personalised treatments. Currently completing her postgraduate training in psychosynthesis psychotherapy, Mila is dedicated to exploring the intricate connection between body and mind, integrating insights that bridge physical health and emotional well-being.
Her extensive training includes nearly two decades of learning from indigenous healers in Peru and Brazil, shaping her as a seasoned Sweat Lodge leader and nature-based practitioner. Mila’s practice is inclusive and welcoming, prioritising a safe and supportive space where clients can fully let go and engage in their recovery journey.
Mila works closely with Ria Rucinska to offer clients a uniquely integrated approach to wellness. By combining Ria’s expertise in movement, Pilates, and energy healing with Mila’s skills in bodywork, they provide deeply personalised experience. Their collaborative process involves sharing insights and exchanging session notes to identify blind spots that may otherwise go unnoticed. This ongoing communication allows them to create more precise, targeted treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs. As a result, clients who choose to work with both practitioners, often experience a more profound sense of being held and supported, leading to more comprehensive and effective healing outcomes.
