About Me
I am a trainee Jungian psychotherapist, registered by the BPF, and working towards accreditation with the British Psychoanalytic Council.
My Approach
I work in an in-depth and creative manner to help you discover a more authentic experience of yourself. This journey, known as individuation, unfolds your capacity for wholeness and healing.
Through sensitive and compassionate listening and understanding, we facilitate the integration of conscious and unconscious aspects of yourself. Sometimes, painful experiences are compartmentalised unconsciously to help us cope with life. Over time, these fragments may demand attention through strong reactions, powerful emotions, symptoms, and patterns that feel difficult to manage.
Together, we will uncover how your experiences, including traumatic ones, have shaped your view of the world and your expectations of yourself and others. This awareness and acceptance can paradoxically lead to freedom and change.
Whether you are suffering acutely, for example from anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship breakdown, or experiencing a general loss of enjoyment, direction, disconnection, and confusion about who you are or what matters to you, we will work together to explore the reasons behind your current state. Our goal is to ease your suffering, make sense of your experiences, and restore meaning and vitality to your life.
Practicalities
Sessions are 50 minutes, conducted on a once-weekly basis, at the same time each week.
As I am currently in advanced stages of training, I can offer sessions at low cost, priced between £30-£50 depending on circumstances.
These sessions are initially arranged through my training organisation, The British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), and involve a one-off processing fee of £30.
Please apply through their website for the Walthamstow E17 vacancy.
Before commencing your low-cost sessions, you will be offered an appointment with a senior therapist, which provides an opportunity to explore your needs and readiness for once-weekly therapy. The fee for this consultation is £90 and if two meetings are required, the total cost will be £130.
If you do decide to work with me, I will keep your regular session time exclusively for you, meaning I charge for sessions whether attended or not (excluding my own holidays).

I have trained with the British Psychotherapy Foundation since 2021 and am supervised weekly.
I am a therapist at Community Counselling, East Ham.
I have previously worked for Islington Bereavement service.
